If your TV box is under Gen 5, you can delete the HX Live and HX Vod, go to the Browser and enter http://6868hx.com, and redownload HX Live and HX Vod. They're running normally.

3. Error Code 110



Solution: It only happens to 11P or 11S, when you see this code, contact your seller or this WhatsApp number +60 11-2831 1101.

4. Live channels are buffering
